These terms apply to purchases made directly through Mint Pack Studio's Shopify store. Contact us at mintpackstudio@gmail.com with questions.

Products and orders

Product descriptions identify whether an item is physical or digital and what is included. Review the selected options and delivery information before checkout. Product colors may appear different on different screens. Styling results depend on factors such as hair type, length and technique; no particular styling result is guaranteed.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you before fulfilling a changed order or cancel the affected item and provide a prompt refund. We do not reserve the right to retain payment for unfulfilled items.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Physical products may be shipped directly by our fulfillment partners. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain delivery, cancellation and return procedures. Purchases made on an external marketplace are governed by that marketplace's checkout terms.

Product use

Follow the supplied instructions and warnings. Do not use a product that appears damaged or causes discomfort. Hair accessories and packaging should be kept away from young children. Our product listings do not provide medical advice or promise treatment of a health condition.

Digital content and intellectual property

Use digital content according to the license displayed with the product. Purchase does not transfer copyright or any broader license not expressly offered. Do not copy or use store content, branding or third-party materials in a way that infringes another party's rights.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our Privacy Policy describes how order and contact information is processed, including sharing necessary details with payment, fulfillment and shipping providers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights or remedies under applicable law. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
