Returns of physical products

You may request a return of an unused physical product within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be in its original condition with its original accessories and packaging. For hygiene reasons, used hair accessories are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not limit remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods or any other rights provided by law.

How to request a return

Email mintpackstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the authorized return address. Do not send items to the manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse without our instructions. Our business contact address is 11526 S Bingham Rim Rd, South Jordan, UT 84009, United States; contact us before mailing a return so it can be routed correctly.

Return shipping and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost and original outbound shipping is nonrefundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee. For an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, we cover any return shipping that we require and provide the appropriate refund or replacement.

After the return is received and inspected, or after we approve a refund that does not require a return, we will notify you and issue any approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Contact us if a refund has not appeared within the expected period.

Problems with your order

Please report damage, defects, missing items or an incorrect shipment as soon as reasonably possible. Photos can help us resolve an issue. A request for prompt notice does not shorten any statutory warranty, refund or other legal rights.

Digital downloads and marketplace purchases

The 30-day unused-item return process above applies to physical products purchased directly from this store. For a digital download, contact us if the file is inaccessible, defective or materially different from the description so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Purchases completed through an external marketplace are handled through that marketplace. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
